Fertility is an indefinite season and holds both so much promise and so much terror. Whether your journey includes PCOS, ongoing challenges with fertility, adoption or you're just curious about learning more about your body in this season, you are in the right place.

Working with me, you'll learn how to treat your body with respect and dignity while also listening and responding if it needs a bit more or less of few things here and there along the way as you prepare for a big shift in your life and body. (p.s. I especially love chatting with couples about how food and body relationships impact fertility from both sides!)
